In 2000, 26-year-old Kaine Andrew Horman, an engineer in Portland, Oregon, married Desiree Young. The marriage did not work out. Within a year the couple discussed separating. But in January 2002, when Desiree learned that she was pregnant, she and Kaine decided to give their marriage a second chance. But it still didn't work. In August 2002, Desiree filed for divorce and moved in with her parents in Medford, Oregon.
A month after the separation, Desiree gave birth to Kyron. The divorce became final in 2003, and a year after that, Desiree moved to Canada where she received treatment for a kidney ailment. When she returned to the U.S. two months later she relinquished custody of 2-year-old Kyron to Kaine.
The toddler, in 2004, began living with his father in a house on Sheltered Nook Road in a rural section of northwest Portland. Because of Kaine's demanding job at the Intel corporation's Jones Farm Campus in Hillsboro, the father arranged day care for Kyron. For that job, he hired a friend of his ex-wife's named Terri Moulton.
Terri Moulton grew up in Roseburg, Oregon, a town three hours from Portland. After graduating from high school in 1988, she attended Umpqua Community College where she met Ron Tarver. Terri and Ron were married in 1991 and three years later had a son named James. A year after the birth of their son, Terri and Ron divorced.
In 1996, Terri married Richard Ecker in Springfield, Oregon. Four years later she graduated from Northwest Christian University with a bachelor's degree in education. From March 2001 to June 2002, Terri worked as a substitute teacher in the Hillsboro School District. In 2002 she divorced Richard Ecker.
In 2004, Terri moved into the home on Sheltered Nook Road with Kaine and his 2-year-old son. She had been taking care of the boy for more than a year. Kaine's divorce from Desiree Young had been finalized a year earlier.
In April 2007, Kaine and Terri were married. Their daughter Kiara Horman was born in 2009.
Kyron, in 2010, was a second grade student at Portland's Skyline Elementary School two miles from his home. On most days Kyron rode the bus to school, but on June 4, 2010, Terri drove her stepson to class. That day Kyron wanted to set up his Red-Eyed Tree Frog exhibit at the school's science fair.
Terri and the boy arrived at the elementary school at eight in the morning. They were last seen together fifteen minutes later near Kyron's science exhibit. That day Kyron's teacher marked him absent. At 3:45 in the afternoon of June 4, 2010, Terri Horman reported Kyron missing after he didn't come home from school.
Students and teachers at the school told detectives that no one had seen Kyron after the 8:45 AM bell. According to Terri, she left the school just before the morning bell. She told detectives that Kyron told her he was leaving the exhibit site en route to his classroom. That's the last time she saw him.
Teachers and staff described the three-foot, eight-inch 50 pound boy as too timid to have left the school on his own. That morning he was dressed in a black T-shirt with "CSI" in green lettering and an image of a handprint. The boy with the metal rimmed eyeglasses wore cargo pants and sneakers trimmed in orange.
In the week following Kyron's disappearance, police officers and others searched the school building, its grounds, and the surrounding neighborhood. It seemed the 7-year-old had vanished into thin air.
From the start, detectives, operating on the theory that Kyron had not been abducted by a stranger, focused on Terri Horman's activities on the morning of his disappearance. The police became particularly suspicious when a search of her cellular phone records revealed that she wasn't where she said she was that morning. In fact, her cellphone showed she had been on Sauvie Island five miles from the school. This led to a massive search of the island for the missing boy. Again, no trace of Kyron.
Interrogated by detectives as a suspect in the case, Terri maintained her innocence. She reportedly took and failed two polygraph tests. Detectives, looking for physical evidence of foul play, seized and searched her car. They found nothing incriminating.
On June 26, 2010, 22 days after Kyron's disappearance, detectives approached the boy's father with startling information about his wife Terri. According to these investigators, Terri, five months before Kyron went missing, asked a landscaper named Rodolfo Sanchez to kill her husband.
Sanchez, in reporting the murder solicitation, claimed that Terri told him that Kaine Horman physically and mentally abused her. The would-be hit man's compensation was supposed to be the $10,000 in cash Kaine always carried on his person. To help facilitate the murder-for-hire scheme Terri allegedly provided Sanchez details regarding her husband's daily routine. She suggested that Sanchez make the hit look like a mugging.
On the day he learned of the alleged plot against his life, Kaine kicked Terri out of the house. Two days later he filed for divorce and served his estranged wife with a restraining order. Terri moved back into her parents' house in Roseburg, Oregon.
In 2011, with her son still missing and no charges filed in the case, Desiree Young posted missing person's fliers around a strip mall in Roseburg not far from Terri's residence. She also asked the reclusive suspect's neighbors to grill Terri about Kyron's disappearance. Desiree told the Roseburg neighbors that Terri had blamed her failing marriage on Kyron, that she had grown to hate her stepson.
The Oregon legislature passed a law in 2011 that was inspired by the Kyron Horman case. The new legislation required school officials to notify parents by the end of the school day if their child had an unauthorized absence.
On June 1, 2012, Desiree Young filed a lawsuit against Terri Horman claiming that the defendant was "responsible for the disappearance of Kyron." The plaintiff sought $10,000,000 in damages. On July 30, 2013, Young dropped the lawsuit. She said she didn't want the civil action to jeopardize the continuing police investigation into her son's case.
Desiree and a small group of supporters, in November 2013, staged a demonstration outside of Terri Horman's house in Roseburg. Terri's mother called the police who came and disrupted the demonstration.
On December 31, 2013, a Multnomah County judge finalized the divorce of Kaine and Terri Horman. The couple still had to resolve the issue of who would get legal custody of their daughter Kiara who was now 5-years-old.
According to Terri Horman's attorneys, she was not the last person to see Kyron alive. Moreover, they believe the murder-for-hire allegation against their client is bogus. According to her neighbors, Terri seldom left the house in Roseburg. A lot of people reviled this woman and a few supported her. But for most people familiar with this case, it was hard not to suspect that Terri Horman was somehow responsible for her stepson's disappearance and presumed death.
In June 2014, the missing boy's mother told reporters that Horman, when asked by a polygraph examiner if she had knowledge of the disappearance, failed three lie detector tests. That month, a family court judge granted Kaine Horman custody of 5-year-old Kiara Horman. Terri Horman, after her daughter received counseling to facilitate a relationship with her mother, would be able to visit the girl under court-ordered supervision.
Terri, in August 2014, petitioned the court to change her name to Claire Stella Sullivan. She wanted to make the change to avoid what she called the stigma of the Horman name. In addressing the judge, she said, "Kyron Horman is missing. He needs to be found. I love my stepson, I want him home more than anything." She also reminded the judge that she had not been the last person to see Kyron alive. She said her attorneys could prove that. The judge denied her request.
In December 2014, the head of a residential care facility for mentally ill adults hired Terri Horman as a Mental Health Support Specialist. The Eugene, Oregon company, the Shangra-Law Corporation, hired Horman with full knowledge of her status as a suspect in her stepson's disappearance. According to Shrangra-Law Chief Executive, "Terri was hired because she has the skills and training that enables her to provide excellent support in the critical area of need."
On February 20, 2015, Terri Horman petitioned a Lane County judge to issue a temporary protective order against a person named Stacy Green. Horman objected to the 35-year-old's posting of missing child posters outside her place of employment. The petitioner claimed that Green and her associates had been obsessively stalking her for four years. "They are now escalating in this behavior to where I fear they will kill me," she claimed. The judge denied Horman's request for the protection order.
Terri Horman, on February 21, 2015, quit her job at Shangra-Law. She said the denial of her anti-stalking order was the reason she left the job.

I don't think this case will ever be resolved unless they find Kyron either dead <3 or alive :) The investigation being focused on Terri, so early on I think was a detriment to finding him. I believe that she as well as others needed looking into but have often wondered if they bothered because of their lone thinking it was Terri. Also it's been said that he was allowed to follow someone out of the school to help him , therefore the unnamed man being the last to see him, instead of Terri. If true then why oh why did they keep saying that Terri was the last to see him. That is one o the reason that so many believe she is guilty and also because his bio mom and dad accuse her every chance they get. It's been four long years and she has not even been arrested for the murder for hire of her husband let alone the kidnapping of her own step-son. I am just so sad and don't know what to think. There are many scenerios that I can think of besides Terri did it that are possible. I just don't know. One last thought. If Rudy Sanchez had so much trouble understanding English even when an interpreter was speaking the questions, how did Terri get him to understand exactly what she wanted. Also he wasn't very specific when he told his version of their talk (Rudy and Terri's) He was actually pretty vague. I would love to hear what others believed happened or if they even think it's solvable.
ReplyDeleteThe custody trial in the Horman divorce is set for June 11th to 13th of this year. There are three days set aside on the court calender so I suspect there will be a fair number of witnesses called to testify to the parenting abilities of both Kaine and Terri Horman. It is quite possible that one of those witnesses could be the person or persons who saw Kyron allegedly walk away with the unknown man. Stephen Houze had two teachers listed in his witness list so it is possible one or both of them could be questioned regarding this unidentified man.
DeleteI agree with you. It's been 4 years and no arrest. That seems strange to me. Let her change her name and move on.
Deleteif ther was such an "unamed" man, why has'nt anyone come forward to describe this unknown man? I believe that it is a story surmised by a particular source and the old addageis that if you say it enough times it must be true applies. I don;t believe there was such a man and I believe terri had everything to do with this. I think the police know it, the parents know it and her lawyers know it. Ms. Spicher know a well. The three people unaccounted for at the same time with one missing to this day all know it was Terri.
DeleteI feel people need to point blank start going to prison for harassing her as they are complicating the case.
DeleteThe cell phone records that determined that she was not where she said she was would settle the case in my mind. She lied. An attempt to have her husband killed doesn't help.
DeleteAgreed- she lied & was disgusting enough to try and have the man she loved killed...obviously she sees murder as an option. Police need to comb around the island again in the water...
DeleteI have read that Terri Moulton and Kaine were having an affair before he and Desiree divorced-Terri moved in with Kaine when Desiree left and by default took care of Kyron.
ReplyDeleteIncorrect....Desiree and Terri had been friends, and when Desiree agreed to let Kaine raise him because of her kidney illness, she also suggested that Terri provide daycare for Kyron.
Deleteincorrect terri and Kaine WERE having an affair
DeleteYour source?
DeleteTerri and Desiree were NOT friends before Kyron was born. That was the story she told her parents to make herself look honorable in the eyes of her parents. She went as far as to tell her parents that Desiree did not even want Kyron. Little did she know that her Mother would repeat this story (which as been proven a lie) to People Magazine. Desiree kept her lies under wraps in the early days of the investigation in hopes that what ever has possibly set her off.... would smooth out and she would reveal a safe Kyron stashed somewhere to get at Kaine. It has long since been known the truth. Kaine and Terri were having an affair. Terri was not the only person he was having an affair with. But Terri is the one who managed to move herself and her Son in with Kaine ASAP. This is why she told the lie to her parents. They were questioning her actions with a married man who was expecting a baby. There are many inaccuracies in this blog story. If you want the corrections I can help you with that and provide you sources of information. I think when blogging it is important to print an accurate story and not repeat the lies that had been told to People Magazine. I do not even believe Carol Moulton knew they were lies at the time she gave People magazine the information.

I really believe that LE blew this case & has no care in the world for justice for this little boy. They screwed up big time! I don't care whose at fault, who saw him last, etc what I care about is justice for an innocent child. They are making fools of themselves with this case! How is it that so many other cases especially involving children get way more focus in reaching a conclusion & this poor child's justice is discarded like trash? Appalling!
ReplyDeleteUMMMM...if you want justice then you might want to 'care' about who saw him last, and who's at fault? Your comment makes no sense.
DeleteMy feeling exactly. Why harass her-It is not our job to judge-there are people who get paid to that as well as investigate. People if you care so much, get out and look for the boy and inform people he is still missing. I will share a picture of a missing person, but I will not support allegations, harassment and etc. I want the actual body dead or alive. That's what I want. Call me mad if you want-dead-police get an autopsy and know who did, the boy is found alive-he tells what happened. When my birth mother was found on a doorstep with a blood force trauma in July, they suspected my step father for good reason, however in October, police were on a high speed chase with a guy that had 3 warrants for arrests linked to a different crime and they finger printed him in their computer and my birth mother's body came right up and that is all it takes. People are ridiculous and only know how to complicate and make things worse. A mother that does not have Primary custody of her child will easily place blame and twist facts. When I think of my 6 and 8 year old, they may innocently follow so and so, and if terri thought her son was walking to point b and left and he followed someone else out and no one knew it or went some-where maybe forgetting something could have coincidently been snatched. Call me harsh, but Public Schools are the worst! There is a reason my children are home-schooled and they are delivered holding my hand and received holding my hand. Just saying.
DeleteMany misleading aspects in this story. For those who haven't followed the case, reading this might give them a knee-jerk reaction that Terri is guilty. Especially if this story was their first read about the case. For those of us who have followed it closely, it is easy see the bias here. Nobody knows if Terri tried to hire Rudy to kill Kaine. I strongly believe if she did, she wouldn't be a free woman 4 years after the fact. Nobody knows if Terri took Kyron... but in order for people to make an educated "guess" the information they draw their conclusions from should be accurate, complete and nonbiased.
ReplyDeleteShe was never charged with trying to kill her husband so I could care less aboutt hat aspect but i do care that she never explained fully what she was doing that day and the strange places that her cell pinged .
DeleteI've followed this case from Day 1...I don't know what makes me more angry, the outrageous stubbornness of this woman to keep so quiet about her own innocence, or her supposed "friends" (ie. DeDe Spicher) keeping quiet also, and refusing to speak up. Today I see that Terri has petitioned the court to a name change...Claire Stella Sullivan....like this is going to make her seem less guilty? We all still know what she looks like. Even if not guilty, her inability to speak up for herself should make her feel as guilty as if she had done something to the boy. Why did she refuse to have her son, James, questioned about Kyron? If someone has nothing to fear, then a normal person would speak up. I live near Sauvie's Island, go there for fresh produce and berries in season. I never drive around he island without wondering if every inch has been searched. Why was the white pick-up there? So many questions....and because of the silence....no answers.
ReplyDeleteSauvie Island in my opinion holds the answer to Kyrons whereabouts. Teri got rid of him there. Her cell phone records indicate she was in that area after she was at the school with Kyron. She hides because she's guilty. Search efforts need to be continued at Sauvie Island. It may take a while, but I believe that's where he will be found. She needs to come clean and her friend who knows just what happened. Partners in crime.
DeleteI am mother can not imagine what is Desiree Young going throught, I hope she finds her son, Desiree my heart goes to you and family
DeleteHer cell phone records indicated she was at Sauvie Island that morning, after being at the school. She is guilty; she was the last person with Kyron. Search efforts should be continued at Sauvie Island......
ReplyDeleteHer cell phone records indicated that? Really? You may have noticed the LE have never brought that up again. The DA Underhill had pulled that same claim in a case years before and the woman was advised to plead guilty and she did and sent to prison. Another lawyer took her case on appeal and she was exonerated and set free in June of 2014. A man in NY was also exonerated in June 2014 who had been convicted years before on so-called cell pings.
Deletemaybe that's why LE are not saying anything more maybe they know it was her and they want to find kyron first they don't want to take a chance of her going free in the end
DeleteAgree 100% with the original poster
DeleteI hate Terri Horman
ReplyDeleteI find it so disturbing that Terri, is not even participating in searching for Kyron! This alone screams suspicion, if not just to prove herself inculpable, of any part of the child's, disappearance! Terri raised this little boy from infancy. How could she not be the least concerned if he is found?
ReplyDeleteTerri Horman was not permitted to help search. Further, there had been threats made on her life by the many crazies out there and no doubt her life would have been in danger if she had been able to join in the searches. She was having posters put up at various places re Kyron being missing and Desiree's followers were taking them down as fast as they went up.
Deletethat's not why terri was not allowed to search. Is that what she told you lol?
DeleteJudy. You've hit the nail on the head. She has never ever assisted in any searches for this boy? Then she's guilty, and so is her friend DeDe for taking the 5th. Its documented that she-Terri detested Kyron profusley. How unconsciounable. Best friend or not, there is the right thing to do and a wrong. She is now a conspirator to the cover-up. This wreaks of guilt.! She's lied from DAY 1. Sauvie Island, Multnomah Channel is where he is. I hope to god he is alive., believe me, but this has similarites to the Scott Peterson case, easy to sink a 50lb in water..Terri Horman and her DeDe conspirator are dispicable.!
ReplyDeleteYou haven't paid attention to the news? DeDe proved she was in no way involved in Kyron's disappearance and did think Terri was either. What DeDe did do was out the MCSO and MCDA for all the dirty tricks they used in trying to prove she and Terri were involved in Kyron's disappearance. She gave her exclusive to Blink on Crime and the LE NEVER made one comment to deny what she said and exposed.
Deletethe above is what Dede and the Blink person say. the police haven't said anything. Dede says she is unofficially cleared the police have not said that. I don't believe its exactly true
DeleteWhere is it documented Terri Horman hated Kyron profusely? Because Desiree said it but when asked to show the document to back up what she said she said she couldn't show it? Does Desiree truly believe Terri was involved in Kyron's disappearance or she just being vindictive since Kaine would not give her back Kyron who she gave to Kaine when what? 17 months old to go off to Canada (and you may want to ask why) and after divorced he married Terri and Terri raised him and loved him as her own. Why wouldn't her other son's father give Quinn back to her also?
ReplyDeleteof course she can't show the emails. they would be evidence. btw I find it hard to believe terri loved Kyron as her own. Some captions on photos that were on flickr I think had some sarcastic comments about kyron. These were captions that terri wrote.
DeleteDesiree can be quite vindictive. On her FB last month she had a map of where TH NOW lives (she moved) and told some of her followers to make note of it and they responded they would and put those smiley faces. It is a no-brainer she has been behind the stalking and harassing of TH.
ReplyDeleteThat is just terrible.
DeleteI would do the same if I were in her shoes. I don't consider it stalking- it's trying to get to the bottom of what happened to her son. Good for her for not being intimidated by the vicious terri supporters.
DeleteSeriously, that's unstable. imo that's inciting people to harass and do possible harm, and she hasn't been found guilty of anything. Anyone from the school could have gotten him, especially if there was a science fair going on.
DeleteI would too and the very same to Casey Anthony !!!!
DeleteGood ..I would do the same thing if it was my son that was missing
ReplyDeleteTerri Horman raised and loved Kyron from the day Desiree gave him to Kaine, she is not responsible for his disappearance. I noted when reading about the dedication to Kyron Desiree did not say one word in her speech about nor blaming Terri. Are there two sides to Desiree? Uses the internet/FBs exposing her vindictive side to condemn and encourage the stalking and harassing of Terri but when talking to groups or working with HOPE she hides that vindictive side.
ReplyDeleteTerri never loved Kyron and I doubt she loved Kaine. He was a very well paid INTEL employee and I believe she saw a cash cow. She had a plan. Once she had her little girl no one else mattered. Especially Kyron. It will all come out eventually
Delete" When she returned to the U.S. two months later, she relinquished custody of 2-year-old Kyron to Kaine."
ReplyDelete[She relinquished custody before going to Canada.]
"The toddler, in 2004, began living with his father in a house on Sheltered Nook Road in a rural section of northwest Portland. Because of Kaine's demanding job at the Intel corporation's Jones Farm Campus in Hillsboro, the father arranged day care for Kyron. For that job, he hired a friend of his ex-wife's named Terri Moulton."
[Kaine and Terri first lived in the house in Aloha. Terri was never Desiree's friend. Desiree has gone on the record that that is simply not true.]
That day Kyron wanted to set up his Red-Eyed Tree Frog exhibit at the school's science fair.
[The exhibits were set up June 3, 2010.]
Students and teachers at the school told detectives that no one had seen Kyron after the 8:45 AM bell.
[Tanner Pumala, a student and Kyron's next door neighbor went on the news and told a very different story.]
Interrogated by detectives as a suspect in the case, Terri maintained her innocence. She reportedly took and failed two polygraph tests. Detectives, looking for physical evidence of foul play, seized and searched her car. They found nothing incriminating.
[Law enforcement has never, to my knowledge, verified this information. It has come from interviews and statements of the other three parents.]
On the day he learned of the alleged plot against his life, Kaine kicked Terri out of the house.
[Kaine took their child and Terri remained in the house for about a week and later agreed to willingly leave the residence.]
But for most people familiar with this case, it's hard not to suspect that Terri Horman is somehow responsible for her stepson's disappearance and presumed death.
[And then there are those of us that think law enforcement and/or the school should spend 5 minutes educating the public about the man Kyron left the school building with, just in case Terri didn't do it.]
I agree with the fact that terri and desiree were never friends- I believe I read that terri and Kaine were actually having an affair. You can look it up
DeleteThis has been my take on this case ever since day one. Terri Horman had a note that was saying Kyron was to be absent after the science fair for a drs appointment, that is why no teacher thought to call anyone when he didn't show up for his first class. They marked him absent because they thought he was at the drs. Since no one expected Kyron to be at school that day after the science fair, no one was looking for him until after he didn't show up on the bus later that afternoon. There were 7 hours in between the time he was to be at his first class and the time he was to get off the bus. A lot can happen in 7 hours, especially when no one knew he was really missing since he was marked absent in school all day. It was definitely planned to get rid of this little boy, this was not some random kidnapping, this was planned from the get-go by Terri Horman, in my opinion, because too much trouble was went through to make sure Kyron was not to be noticed missing in school that day. So no one expected him to be anywhere, hence no one would notify anyone that he was missing which gave whoever the perfect amount of time to do whatever and then establish alibis and then cry for the cameras when Kyron never got off the bus from school.
ReplyDeleteIf this was an episode of Law & Order, Terri would be protecting her son, the real killer. But, it is not. Is it true that Kaine walks around with $10,000 on his person? For what purpose? Might he need to skip town?
ReplyDeleteI recall reading about this when it happened, and tonight I typed in "Washington boy missing after science fair" to find out if any resolution had come, and found Jim's recent blog post and all these comments, and no resolution.
If a boy I had mothered was missing, I think I'd look for him whether or not someone told me I was allowed to. Terri has not searched for him, she has not told the truth.
When I have read about terrible child crimes, it is sometimes true that the child comes from a broken family with pretty good to poor parenting. (People trying to do their best in difficult circumstances, or people who've fallen under the influence of drugs.) This creates anxiety that makes the child a target. There may be some love but the child is also yearning for something, and a predator knows it. This boy was too timid to leave school on his own, the teachers said.
I suppose it is possible that he was being removed to a better life--if this were a Dennis Lehane novel.
If Terri is not to blame why doesn't she come forward with the information her lawyers can prove? It is a terrible story, and I hope that Kyron's mother, for one, can be at peace, soon.
So sad
DeleteTerry didnt do it.She had someone else do it for her.I say this because of the police investigation, failed polys, murder for hire, no car evidence and so on.Nobody can be that clever to leave no evidence and get away with murder.I believe she either passed the young man off inside of school or outside and then went about her business.I think they should dig deeper into her close friends or other contacts at that time Im so sorry Des and kaine and i wish i knew.
DeleteExcellent Amy ..I think you are right on
DeleteTerri's name change was denied because the judge said it would not be in the public's interest.
ReplyDeleteShe tried to hire someone to kill her husband -- the judge is correct in denying a person who does that much from slipping undercover.
Deletedon't they have camera's around or in the school, if so why not look at that for this so called man he went to help, and who said he went to help this man? So many stories....also was Terri in Sauvie Island before 8:45? what day 3rd or 4th.? Also if the Science fair was the 3rd of June then why are they saying he went missing on the 4th.This story is so confusing.
ReplyDeleteCold cases never stay cold. Terri needs to keep looking over her shoulder, because hopefully sooner, rather than later, they will solve this. Doubtful it will work out well for her.
ReplyDeleteI agree ..why did her phone ping at such strange places that day? what about her older son ? if she didn't actually have first hand involvement then she knows what did happen and helped to cover
DeleteTerri lied about her location that day, doesn't talk honestly about what she DID do that day and had devised a pretty well planned plot to murder her husband. What a shady character and lier. They just don't have quite enough evidence to convict Terri and don't want a double jeopardy situation. Find Kyron; find answers.
ReplyDeleteYou could not have worded this any simpler or better. Terri IS a CHILD KILLER because she “made the call” to take away Kyrons innocent life. I pray that more substantial evidence comes forward to bring justice for Kyron and to finally bring imprisonment upon Teri. She obviously found someone else to handle her dirty work after her failed attempt to kill her husband. May God Bless our children from monsters like her.
DeleteIn reading this article it seems that the so-called adults involved did not even have the maturity to choose their spouses wisely let alone bring a child into the world. It was confusing just to keep track of all the divorces, marriages, remarriages, etc. Look people, if you can't even figure out who you are going to live with for the rest of your life, you should NEVER have children until you do.
ReplyDeleteTerri is the guilty party here, no one else. No one said that there was an unidentified man that the boy followed outside to help him. What a crock. Terri setup the school science project with the boy then left the school with him right after that. What happened next only Terri knows. She is guilty, unfortunately you can not press charges on anyone without any kind of evidence, hence the " no on has been charged yet ".
ReplyDeleteThe universe has a way to bring evidence to the surface through, nothing stays hidden forever Terri.
If I were Terri I would volunteer to be hypnotized to prove my innocence. Any thoughts? Surely with the intelligence of the police force and the electronic instruments available to day—what’s wrong with this picture?
ReplyDeleteWell, its very interesting, all the opinions here. I have spent so much time reading every detail I can find about this case and all the people involved. Then armed with this info, I spent most of my free time researching each player in this mess. What I found, is Kyron alive and well. Unfortunately, to get anyone to listen (i.e. LE) is like hitting my head against a block wall. Call after call after call, to the so-called tip line has brought no response. There is so much chitter chatter and assumptions, I really don't know how LE can sort through it all. It is mind boggling. The point is, if LE would just go look, and do a DNA test on this kid, they would bring Kyron home today. I have even tried to reach his mother, God bless her, but my contact was intercepted by LE. Something's just not right with this case. I wonder if Desiree even knows I am trying to reach her? I would like for her to know that he is alive and doing well. I even have pictures of him. I will keep trying, but ya'll might help by p
ReplyDeleteI hope the words you speak are correct and true, because if this was a sick joke then you would deserve a mob beating
DeletePlease contact Desiree Davidson Young on Facebook with this information. You can send her a private message. If you want it to go directly to her then Facebook charges a $1.00 fee otherwise it goes to her "other" folder and who knows when she would see it then. The dollar fee is for anyone who is not a facebook friend of someone and that option only shows if you use your computer to send the message not your cell. I don't know why but this is the way it is set up. Please contact her asap. Thank you.
DeleteSteve, I am speaking the truth. I can understand it is difficult to sort through thousands of tips. It would be overwhelming. Long story short, there is a reason I have had sleepless nights over this child being missing. I have also been threatened by the people who have him. I have put myself in danger to help this child, and what I really need is for someone to go and check out my information. That would bring Kyron home. He is not where they think he is. Not in Oregon at all. Hasn't been since right after he went missing. He is alive, he is doing well. I even have pictures. Thats all they have to do is check it out. It will bring him home. Realistically I am 99.9% certain.
DeleteSteve, there is a reason why I have had sleepless nights over this child being missing. I have spent every waking moment that I can, searching for him. When he is brought home, i will gladly share the story with you. Right now the important thing is to bring him home to his mother and father. I don't want to say too much on here and put him at risk. What would it hurt to check out what I am saying? If I am wrong, then so be it. But I am 99.99999% certain that it is him. I have been watching and getting proof. I even have pictures. Thats all they have to do is show Mrs Young and Mr Horman those pictures. They will know if it is him. Also, go and talk to the boy, take a dna test. Its that simple.
DeleteI will not stop talking about it until they check it out.
I speak the truth and I won't stop speaking it until somebody listens to me.
DeleteWhat can it hurt to go check it out or at least show the parents the pictures?
The important thing is to bring him home. There is a reason why I am spending all my free time looking for Kyron Horman. The fact these people have threatened me, confirms in my head that I am right! They did not want me to go to the authorities with this info.
Can't you place a picture here or send it to someone. I really hope what you saying is true.
DeletePlease contact the VIDOCQ Society as these brilliant minds are the best there is with no cost to the family or law enforcement if they decide to take on the case, all the best Steve D Maurice. Hudds
ReplyDeleteThank you for the info.
DeleteIf you are sincere, you must do all possible to contact authorities. Try going into your local police station, calling 911 and posting pictures you have of this child you believe to be him via Facebook private message to the various pages dedicated to finding him.
ReplyDeleteI have sent pics to LE. Who knows how long it will take for them to see the pics. If they are only 60% through 4000 tips, Kyron will be grown up by then! I would like to get these pics to his mother, she will know her baby.
ReplyDeleteI sure wish I could help you as I believe you but I live in Huddersfield England,I have been following this case since the little mans dissapearence, good look my friend,I hope they beleive you,all the best Steve Maurice
DeleteSo u think its him or u know its him?
DeleteYou can send the pics and info to Kyron's mom on Facebook. He name is Desiree Davidson Young. Please send a message to her with this information. Thank you.
DeletePlease send the pics and information to: Praying for Kyron Horman Today? on Facebook. I believe you can send them a private message if you are concerned about your safety. Please do so as soon as possible. They will make sure that the information gets into the right hands.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to see that this case is still generating a lot of interest. I have been following this from day 3. From all the dust, there are two things that, to me, implicate, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Terri is involved:
ReplyDelete1. Cell phone records that simply and plainly conflicted her statement of location on that morning. Absolutely no reason for this. None.
2. The murder for hire. The gardener has no motive, no reason, and no way of knowing these details and coming forward later. No upside for him.
Side note: DeDe Spicher, to my knowledge, to this day still has not fully accounted for her whereabouts that morning.
Two possibilities:
1. Kyron is dead and they did a thorough job with hiding the body. My suspicion is that the body was "handed off" to somebody at Sauve Island and could be anywhere now.
2. He was sold and delivered to a human trafficker that morning and is out of the country.
Thank you for your advice. Yes, i am trying everyday to reach somebody to give them my info. I have sent the pictures, and i have a picture that I believe will incriminate the suspect. Thats all i want is LE to acknowledge their receipt of the pics and i will gladly send them the last picture. I just want to make certain it gets into the proper hands. I still haven't heard back from any of them
ReplyDeleteDid you send it to his mother's Facebook page? It seems both DeDe and Terry have time that is unaccounted for....they were obviously together at the same place on the Island. If they aren't guilty then why not tell the truth?
ReplyDeleteI have sent a message to Kyron Horman's World Soldiers which I believe is run by a friend of Desiree's - I'm sure she will respond but in the meantime you really need to do as advised - call your local police department, 911, contact Desiree and/or Kaine via Facebook. How long ago did you identify this kid? Can you post a picture on here? I'm dying to see it....
ReplyDeleteAnonymous - this boy you think is Kyron - is he 12 years old? Don't forget he isn't the same little guy....
ReplyDeleteIf you are not hearing back from LE you are not alone. Others have reported the same. Please call 1-800-THE-LOST with the information also.
ReplyDeleteI find it odd that his Mum doesn't reply via inbox. I messaged her about this and there's just no response. I don't think the fb page is actually her. If it is a fake page, then that is ... Dark and horrid. It's never ok to make a false fb page and pretend to be someone you are not. Especially in a case like this.
ReplyDeleteI cannot understand why this person who is providing information is not being responded to. Something most odd here.
The Facebook page of Desiree Davidson Young is truly her. I recently contacted her after the suspected siting in Reedsport Oregon that unfortunately was not Kyron. She did respond to my message but I sent the $1 fee that Facebook charges when you want to send a message to someone that is not one of your Facebook friends. Otherwise your message will go into the "other" folder. The only way this will show up is if you message her on your computer. It does not show up when messaging on your cell phone. I don't know why that is. I am sure that she receives thousands of messages and most likely only responds to those that would be strong leads to Kyron. Especially with the $50,000 reward I am sure that there are many people contacting her. I pray that the person that has posted above will not give up and will get the photos into the right hands. Kyron Horman's World Soldiers and Praying for Kyron Horman today? are two Facebook sites that I am sure would get the information into the right hands. Another option is to contact the Reedsport Oregon police department. After the recent possible siting they were right on top of things and interviewed and researched the family in question. I have heard that many people have not heard back who have leads when calling the Oregon Police Dept. I don't know why that is. I would call 911, 1800-THE-LOST and call the Reedsport Police also to get this info to Kyron's mom. I would most definitely also send the photos to Kyron's mom on facebook. She would know if the photos were of Kyron.
ReplyDeleteif you are telling the truth can you describe the people who have him be very specific, and do they have other children?
ReplyDeleteOh for crying out loud. Come on, people! Get a grip, eh?! Nobody should ever send any valid evidence or information to a freaking Facebook page! Anything that is actually relevant and new and might bring Kyron back should be given to law enforcement. But I highly doubt that you have anything new to share. What a lot of hooey!!
